Ah, those 90-s...

Moscow is the center of climate-specialists' attention today. Yesterday we had a lot of snow and about -3C, and today it's +10C!! You can imagine what happened to all the snow...and the wind is really strong. We have a storm-warning. The pressure is really low; so low, that my head hurts really badly, and I couldn't even wake up today. So I am sitting at home now and meanwhile decided to put a few nostalgic pictures from 90-s, when life and all of us were...well, quite different.

Today was our first Thanksgiving Dinner this year:)) I guess I'll have 2 more during next couple weeks:) Even though it's only one-day holiday, we really end up celebrating it for 2,5 weeks! Definitely everyone eats a lot. And Thanksgiving seems to be really becoming somewhat international holiday:)

don't let your brain turn into ICE BOX

>> Tuesday, November 18, 2008

Today we got first snow or at least something that can be called somewhat snow, it was more like rain with little bits of snow. Ridiculously late for Moscow.
Anyway, the weather is really weird, getting colder, and the whole atmosphere outside makes me want to do nothing and sit at work in the office or at home as much as possible.
Thanksgiving is coming soon, and even though, it's an American holiday and has nothing to do with Russia, here in Moscow I will most probably participate in 3 Thanksgiving dinners this year. First one coming this Saturday.
I am trying to decide what to do next summer, but there are so many ideas and not as much money as I wish I had, that I can't really make up my mind. Maybe I'll just do several different little trips next year instead of one big travel trip.
One of the ideas is to go visit Canada, another idea is to go continue my studying in Finland, and a number of other ideas. What to do...My brain is turning into the ice box.
Thanks for checking anyway:)
