It is raining in NYC today and about +15C, and I have a super-busy day ahead, but while I have a free minute, I thought I would put up some pictures of where I live in New York.
This is Fairview Avenue in Ridgewood neighborhood. My apartment building is the one in the middle, behind the tree.

Wow!
I just arrived at the apartment in New York that I am sharing with another guy, and it's 11pm here now, so with the time change my day has been going for 30 hours now.
I had quite a long flight with a change in Washington DC (weird, huh?).
I live right on the border between Brooklyn and Queens, took me a while to find my apt building, but oh well, I made it safely. And it's only 30 minutes away from Manhattan:)
I already met my roommate Cristian, he is Romanian, and he is a very interesting guy with a great sense of humor, so I feel way more relaxed now that I met him in person, and know he is fun to be around with.
I have a super-busy day tomorrow, but I will post more here and will upload some pictures that I took:)
Meanwhile, just keep in mind and know that I made it safely to the Big Apple and I am now ready to get my night-rest:)

Picnic with friends before my departure

I am flying to New York tomorrow morning, and yesterday I had a good-bye picnic with my friends before my departure. It was the last day of nice weather before it got colder and started raining today. Well, NYC is all hot and sunny this week, so I am flying into a warmer weather:)

Sunny Day with Anthony and Anya

I have 6 exams this coming week, and then in 10 days from now I am flying to US for work, so my life is really hectic these days, and I hardly have any free time. I was glad I could enjoy some time with my friends Anthony and Anya today, and the weather was absolutely beautiful. We went downtown and had a very great time together. Ok, now I am back to my overwhelming studies.
