Tv-Show Videotaping in the Hollywood Studio [EXCLUZIV]

In the evening we headed to Studio City, to the CBS studio - one of the many Hollywood studios in LA area, for the video-taping of a new Tv-Show "Rita Rocks" starring Nicole Sullivan and Ricky Ullman.
This was my first time on a taping of a TV-show, and to have your first time in a Hollywood studio is a great experience. The show itself is quite boring I should say, nothing new or innovative, basically it is the story of a frazzled working mother with 2 daughters and quite lame husband, who starts a rock garage band with her neighbor and a female postal worker. The show is gonna start on October 20th, so it's still in production right now.
We were witnessing the taping of the 4th epsiode "Flirtatious Disaster", 30 minute-long piece. However, it took almost 4 hours to tape the whole thing. The whole time in between the cuts we were entertained by a comedian, and during the cuts we were doing the fake-laughs. So weird actually. After the taping was done, I honestly was afraid that I wouldn't be able to alugh for real any more.
Well, anyway, it was a great experince, quite entertaining, and it was very interesting to see all the decorations and different sets. I definitely wish I worked there. We asked some people how much they get paid, and, for example, the comedian and the sound-producer both earn 2,500$ per each episode, which is about 4-5 hours of work. Not bad. Not at all:)

Hi Ivan. Thank you for your comments. I am loving having David, Erin and the kids in Calgary/Three Hills. It was a lot of fun stuffing those bears yesterday.
