World Trade Center - Past vs. Future

Right next to where the World Trade Center towers used to stay.
Interesting: they are building the new World Trade center on the same spot and it should be ready by 2012. The project picture of the new building is seen on the picture below.
Peculiar: Americans make money even out of the events like 9/11. Posters, magazines and books are being sold all around the spot. There is even an announcement there asking not to buy any production from unregistered sellers on the street.
