This last week happened to be quite nervous.
Couple days after I got my visa, I got an e-mail from InterExchange office where they said they couldn't contact the employer who signed a job-offer for me, so I had to look for a new job-offer through my friends and found a new offer in case they still can't confirm the old one.
Then some people around me behaved weird and quite mean and made things that I could predict them doing, but still hoping they wouldn't happen. Well, I often think I will stop trusting anyone at some point.
I slept not too many hours, and my mind feels quite foggy.
However, life is still good! I am full of optimism about everything. One thing that I realize lately is that once we start turning away from God and doing things He doesn't want us to do, everything starts going wrong way. God is reminding me who He is, and that He is my creator and that He loves me like no one else can, and that He wants me to go in the right direction and make the right choices.
Another thing that one of my friends taught me this week is that it is not a very good idea to try to control everything around me, because it can't always be possible. Often there are situations when I just have to let things go and trust God in what is happening. He will take care.
Tomorrow I am off to the English Camp for 1 week!! I know it will be a good fun time, and I will be able to get distracted from some of the worries and get some emotional rest as well. I have quite a bunch of responsibilities, but I know it will be a GREAT time:)

Well, this year I got the details of my flight to the States much earlier than it happened last year, when they told me the flight info only 1,5 weeks before the actual departure.
This time I already know all the information at this point. I am flying to NYC-JFK through Paris on June 18th at 12:30pm.
Not so long to wait till my fun summer adventures start:)
Today early in the morning (6:30am!!) I went to the American embassy for the visa-interview. Along with me were 650 other people, so it took some time to stay in a long line of students. But I had a chance to get acquainted with few quite interesting people around. They are also students and also going to the States this summer; some for the first time, so I even had a chance to give them couple advices.
The "interview" was not really an interview as it only took maybe 30 seconds, and here I am, with my American visa for the summer:)

Time to start planning the details of the trip!!
Well, I associate spring time with renewing and changes coming into all realms of life - into stuff that happens around me and also things that happen to me.
This first week of spring was a really good refreshing one, and exciting in a way:)
Well, not so much the weather was exciting, because it was snowing again, wet and quite stinky almost every day.
But still besides that my time was cool and memorable. This is one of those weeks when I wish a blog could express my emotions and events taking place in my life better. I totally feel like my life is changing and a new experience of joy and whatever else is coming into my heart. I am absolutely looking forward to more new experiences any time soon.
Some more news: today I got an e-mail from InterExchange office, and they informed me that the date of my embassy-interview is March 18th. Good news, especially that I started worrying about it being on the same week as the English Camp I am going to in just 2,5 weeks:)(looking forward to that one too:)
Well, it is quite peculiar though that I have to show up at embassy at 6:30 am that morning(!). I guess I will have to leave less time for partying and finally go to bed a little earlier:)
Or maybe not to go to bed at all??...
ps. today was a very good day of my life:)
